Art 1st. -

The wines held in stock by the producers, at the date of publication of this decree, and having profited from the denomination “Local wine of the Fiefs vendéens” can be dispatched with the label of the delimited wines of higher quality under the label of origin “Fiefs vendéens”, provided they obtain within three month the label of the wines delimited of higher quality after a new analytical and organoleptic control, according to the procedure envisaged in article 2 of the decree of November 30, 1960.
